Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can place an order without an account. An account will be automatically created for you with your first order.
Having an account allows for faster checkout on future orders. When you log in at the top of the page, your saved information will automatically fill in the order form. Additionally, through your account dashboard, you can access your order history, check order status, manage addresses, and request product returns.
Customers with Special Arrangements:
If your account has individual conditions or rights assigned to it, we recommend that you always log in. This allows the system to recognize you and apply your personal conditions during checkout and/or give you access to protected products.
How does account login work?
With our account system, you don't need to remember a password. Instead, simply enter the email address you used for your first order and you will receive a 6-digit code via email. Enter this code on the login page. This method is not only more convenient since you don't need to remember a password, but it is also more secure, as the system generates a new code for each login to protect your data.
How do I request a return through my account?
To request a return, log in to your account. Select the order you wish to return and click the "Request Return" button. You will be directed to a form where you can select the reason for the return from a dropdown menu. Please leave your feedback in the "Note" field, as we are always striving to learn from such situations. Click the "Request Return" button. Once we review your request, you will receive an email with further instructions.
If you do not see the "Request Return" button for the specific order, it means more than 14 days have passed since delivery and the return window is closed. Unfortunately, a return is no longer possible in this case.
What is store credit and how do I use it?
Our system allows for store credit to be added to your account. We use this option to, for example, compensate influencers or support customers with special arrangements.
When you log in to your account, you will find the "Payment Methods" section at the bottom of the page. On the "Store Credit" card, you can see your current credit balance. Clicking on the card allows you to view all transactions made with store credit.
Store credit is treated as a payment method. To use it, please log in to your account before starting your order so that the system recognizes you. During checkout, in addition to the regular payment methods, you will have the option to use your store credit. If your credit exceeds the order amount, only the order amount will be deducted, and you can use the remaining credit later. If the order amount exceeds your credit, the credit will be applied, and you can pay the remaining balance with your preferred payment method.
