AIRGUARD Collars: 5 Layers of Mil-Spec Webbing for Anatomically Perfect Support
The AIRGUARD collars were developed for handlers seeking a form-stable collar for dogs with long necks – such as the Malinois. The foundation consists of five layers of high-tensile Mil-Spec nylon webbing. This construction makes the collar relatively thick and stiff, yet it remains lightweight and comfortable to wear. Conceptually, the AirGuard is the lighter and slightly more flexible variant of the Operator Pro50 – not quite as brutally rigid and heavy-duty, but with the exact same unshakable secure fit.
When worn high and tight, these collars are highly comfortable for the dog because, much like the Operator Pro50, they form a relatively rigid ring. With this design, nothing can slip or wobble. As a result, the pressure generated when the dog charges forward is distributed significantly better around the entire neck, preventing the collar from collapsing. However, they are definitely not meant for everyone, as threading the webbing through the loops when putting it on requires a bit more attention than with normal collars

The lightweight variant for handlers who appreciate the system but want to reduce the dead weight of the hardware. For this model, we integrate the COBRA® NG, the innovative polymer buckle from AustriAlpin. This version is weight-optimized and ideal for sports; however, it is not designed for absolute extreme loads or exceptionally heavy, hard-charging dogs with full power.
