Repair or replacement
If something breaks – whether from heavy use or tough conditions – we’ll make it right. In many cases, we can repair your gear or replace it if there’s a material or manufacturing defect. This applies well beyond statutory warranty periods.
True craftsmanship – uncompromising quality
TYRAS Gear is made in our own workshop. We control every step: material selection, production, and final inspection. No outsourcing. No mass-produced “tactical look.” Just real craftsmanship and real gear. We’re constantly improving, and we appreciate every bit of feedback.
The fine print, clearly stated:
- Our guarantee applies to all TYRAS products, except third-party brands, consumable parts, bite-work equipment, and toys.
- Deliberate destruction, theft, or lost gear are not covered. If a tank rolls over your gear, you tow your car with a leash, or your gear simply disappears – that’s not a warranty case.
- Chewed leashes count as deliberate damage – though we can often repair them.
- Normal wear and tear (like coating abrasion on black hardware after heavy use) is not considered a defect.
- Fair service and repair options, even after years, are a matter of course for us.
