For the seams on all our Essential Leashes, we use specialty yarns renowned for exceptional tear and abrasion resistance, ensuring exceptional durability even in harsh environmental conditions.
The Daisy Chain style clip-in point next to the snap hook allows for a secondary clip-in option, effortlessly converting our Essential Leash into a double leash - whether with a standard climbing carabiner or our extension.
Customize your leash to suit your preferences: Choose your favorite color, the perfect length, and the appropriate carabiner. The generous handle loop can be equipped with a 25mm ring to attach equipment or to link multiple leashes for extra length.
In addition, offer the Essential Leash in the popular Riot variant, which features an integrated traffic lead.
For particularly large and active dogs over 35 kg, we recommend upgrading to a stainless steel, twist-lock snap hook, or the Kong Frog. By choosing the Kong Frog, you opt for the safest option in any situation, as its patented closure ensures a secure hold and cannot open under any circumstances.

UPGRADE: KONG FROG
You're aiming for the best? Then upgrade your leash with a KONG FROG. KONG's patented carabiners feature a redundant release mechanism, requiring both triggers to be pressed simultaneously to open, preventing accidental leash release.
To prevent twisting and tangling of the leash, we offer the option to add a heavy-duty in-line swivel from SPRENGER.
ATTACHMENT POINT
At the additional clip-in point behind the snap, you can attach a standard climbing carabiner. This allows you to easily create a Daisy Chain, attach accessories, or use it for a variety of other purposes.
LARGE HAND LOOP
The integrated hand loop, with a length of 18 cm, is comfortable to use even with gloves. This ensures easy handling of the leash not only in cold weather but also during activities where additional protective gear like gloves is essential.
UPGRADE: RING
You can add a free-floating 25 mm ring to the hand loop. The ring offers multiple functionalities: it can be used for example to attach to our Snap Shackle Belt Clip or to connect another lead for added length.
