2. Provide Proof: Send us a photo of your service or military ID via email. Important: Please redact sensitive information (date of birth, ID number, photo). We only need to verify your full name and the validity of the document. Alternatively, a brief email sent from your official agency domain is sufficient.
3. Activation: Upon verification, we will activate the discount directly in your customer account within 48 hours and notify you via email.

Note: Once your account is updated, the discount will be applied automatically at checkout whenever you are logged in. The discount cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.
