Manufactured from dual-layer constructed Type 13 nylon webbing from MMI Textiles in accordance with MIL-W-4088 and original AustriAlpin D-RING COBRA® PRO STYLE buckles, it ranks among the most resilient duty collars for maximum tensile loads.
The COBRA® buckle with an integrated D-ring is certified according to ANSI Z359.12-2019, and its patented system prevents accidental opening under tension. It can only be opened when completely unloaded and by pressing both clips simultaneously—a decisive safety advantage in dynamic situations where absolute reliability is paramount. Additionally, the integrated stainless steel D-ring ensures central positioning of the leash and prevents pressure points on the dog's neck.
The internal hook-and-loop system allows for seamless width adjustment, which remains securely in place even under extreme loads due to the material thickness of the dual-layer Type 13 webbing and the massive AustriAlpin adjuster. Optionally, the entire exterior can be covered with loop fleece to accommodate name tapes or ID patches directly. The optional magnetic handle closes automatically and lies flat against the collar to minimize the risk of snagging, remaining instantly ready for use at all times and easy to grip even when wearing gloves.

The D-RING COBRA® PRO STYLE with an 18 kN breaking load meets the highest safety standards according to ANSI Z359.12‑2019. Manufactured for real operational conditions: it can only be opened when completely unloaded and by pressing both clips simultaneously—accidental opening is virtually impossible.
STAINLESS STEEL D‑RING
The stainless steel D‑ring is integrated directly into the main body of the buckle. This construction of the D‑RING COBRA® PRO STYLE 18 kN ensures central positioning of the D‑ring and guarantees that the buckle rotates backward under tension—keeping it securely positioned without disturbing the dog during work.
INTERNAL HOOK-AND-LOOP SYSTEM
The internal hook-and-loop system allows for precise, seamless size adjustment. Thanks to this construction, the width of the collar remains constant and cannot accidentally shift, even during the toughest operations. LARGE PATCH AREA

The optional handle on the Operator Cobra45 is designed for maximum safety and speed. Magnets sewn into both the collar and the handle automatically pull the handle flat against the collar as soon as it is released. This drastically minimizes the risk of snagging in underbrush or tight spaces. Despite its extremely flat profile, the handle can be gripped intuitively and instantly when needed—even with tactical gloves or under stress—offering uncompromising control.
