Purpose-built for Mil/LE K9 operations, the Operator Pro50 combines maximum durability with uncompromising functionality. Its 50 mm wide, extra‑stiff body distributes pressure evenly, reducing localized stress on the dog’s neck — even under heavy load.

The collar ends overlap inside the structure and are secured by two loops, forming a stable, closed ring design. Metal parts are positioned to avoid direct skin contact, preventing irritation during active work.

The integrated COBRA® PRO STYLE D‑RING (18 kN), manufactured to ANSI Z359.12‑2019 standards, guarantees maximum safety. It can only be opened when unloaded by pressing both clips simultaneously - preventing accidental release, even with quick grabs.

The large, color‑matched loop panel allows attachment of name or ID patches. The optional magnetic handle closes automatically and lies flat to prevent snagging, yet remains instantly ready for use.

Available in Black, Wolf Gray, Olive Drab, Coyote Brown, MultiCam Black, and MultiCam Original.

Our guarantee applies to all TYRAS products, except third-party brands, consumable parts, bite-work equipment, and toys.
Deliberate destruction, theft, or lost gear are not covered. If a tank rolls over your gear, you tow your car with a leash, or your gear simply disappears – that’s not a warranty case.
Chewed leashes count as deliberate damage – though we can often repair them.
Normal wear and tear (like coating abrasion on black hardware after heavy use) is not considered a defect.
Fair service and repair options, even after years, are a matter of course for us.

WIDE, RIGID DESIGN

The 50 mm wide and rigid body of the collar provides maximum control and a broad surface area to reduce pressure on the dog’s neck. For additional security, the inner section of the collar overlaps and is guided through two stabilization loops – no shifting under load. The infinitely adjustable fit allows precise sizing for both active-duty and training-phase working dogs.

D-RING COBRA® BUCKLE

The D-RING COBRA® PRO STYLE buckle rated at 18 kN meets the highest safety standards in compliance with ANSI Z359.12‑2019. Built for real‑world deployment: it can only be opened when unloaded and by pressing both clips simultaneously — accidental release is virtually impossible.

STAINLESS STEEL D‑RING

The stainless‑steel D‑ring is directly integrated into the main body of the buckle. This design of the D‑RING COBRA® PRO STYLE 18 kN ensures a centered D‑ring position and allows the buckle to self‑align backward under tension – keeping it secure and preventing interference during work.

LARGE LOOP PANEL

A generous loop panel allows secure attachment of name tapes, ID and warning patches, or accessories directly on the collar. Designed for operational identification and mission‑ready customization.

SELF-CLOSING HANDLE

The handle is designed to self-close when not in use. Two magnets integrated into the collar body and two in the handle ensure reliable fixation, keeping the handle snug against the collar. No accidental snags – maximum operational safety. Instantly accessible and ready when needed.
